Shopping Safety
All your ordering information -- your name, address, and credit card number-- is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security.
Under federal law , you would not be liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If for whatever reasons a fraudulent charge would occur, you need to follow the rules and procedures of your credit card .
If you prefer, we will gladly accept your order by phone or fax or mail. All you will need to do is print the order and submit it using the method you prefer.
Gift Wrapping
If you desire, each gift is hand wrapped in our signature wrap at no charge. To insure your package arrives safely at its destination the gifts are hand packed in sturdy boxes.
Shipping Methods
UPS is our major shipping provider. We regret that UPS will not ship a package to a P.O. Box Number. Packages must ship to a street address. If you need to ship your gifts internationally or to an A.P.O. address the method of shipping will be the U.S. Postal System.
Merchandise Damaged in Shipping
In the unlikely event your item was damaged in shipment, we will assist you in filing a claim. If this should happen contact us for procedures. Call Customer Serivce at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) if your package was shipped by UPS. Remember, you must save all the packing material and original box.
